We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of a return process (if applicable), the seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, excluding the cost of delivering the goods, without delay and in any case no later than 10 business days from the day the seller receives the return package. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payments you made, excluding the delivery costs of the goods as stated in the terms, will be refunded to you without delay, but no later than 10 business days from the day we receive your return package. The seller will make the refund using the same payment methods used by the consumer in the original transaction, unless the consumer agrees to an alternative solution. In any case, the consumer will not incur any fees related to this refund.

Consumer Complaints - Faulty Product

In the event that the goods purchased from us are defective, you have the right to make a claim. Regarding the defect, you may request:

  • Replacement of the item with one that is free of defects,
  • Repair of the defect,
  • Price reduction.

You can report a complaint within one year from the time you notice the defect, but the time to submit a complaint cannot expire before the end of the product's warranty. Your complaint will be considered (answered) within 30 days from the date we receive your complaint notice.
